Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page explains Sequesign Inc.’s practices regarding the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California and other U.S. state privacy laws.
Our current practice
Sequesign does not sell personal information.
Sequesign does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use or disclose personal information for targeted advertising.
We do not provide personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not provide personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not authorize our service providers or sub-processors to use personal information for their own advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
Because Sequesign does not sell or share personal information as those terms are used under California and other U.S. state privacy laws, there is no sale, share, or targeted-advertising opt-out mechanism to complete at this time.
Global Privacy Control
Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control signal. Where an opt-out right applies under California or other U.S. state law, Sequesign honors recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, for opt-outs of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Because Sequesign does not sell or share personal information or engage in targeted advertising, such a signal does not currently change our practices.
If our practices change
If Sequesign begins selling personal information, sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or using personal information for targeted advertising in the future, we will update this page, update our Privacy Policy, and provide any required opt-out mechanism before or when the change takes effect.
Other privacy rights
California residents and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have other privacy rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, and limit certain uses or disclosures of personal information, and, where provided by law, to appeal a decision on a privacy request.
